DIN 2353 Compression Fittings Shipped from stock · Maintenance emergencies · Organized packaging
Stock items ready to ship fast, with support for maintenance shutdowns
Standard stainless steel fittings, adapters, hose ends, flanges and valves ready to ship within an average of 1-3 business days, depending on stock; packed separately by product group and size, with protective caps on threads and ports.

Quick answer
Standard stainless steel fittings in stock are typically ready to ship within 1-3 business days; standard products not in stock are scheduled for production within an average of 5-10 business days. Parts are packed separately by product group and size, and threads and ports are closed with protective caps. For maintenance emergencies, when a photo of the part, its dimensions and the quantity are sent via WhatsApp, the stock check and thread identification are handled in the same conversation.
A hose end that bursts in a rolling mill, a leaking adapter on a ship or an elbow that brings a corrugator line to a halt: in maintenance emergencies, when the part will be on site matters as much as the part itself. Stock for standard products and planned production for custom products are the two pillars of this service. Shipments are dispatched from Tuzla, Istanbul; the delivery method is agreed together at order.
Which products can you ask about stock for?
Stock availability varies by size and period; stock can be checked for standard sizes in the following groups:
- Stainless steel fittings: straight fittings, elbows and tees; BSP, NPT, UNF/JIC and metric options
- Nipples, adapters and transition parts
- Hose end fittings
- SAE Code 61 and Code 62 flanges and connection parts
- Ball valves and check valves
- Instrumentation fittings: union, elbow, tee, connector, adapter
How does fast supply work?
1. Identify the part
If you know the product code, send the code; if not, send a photo of the part, its outside diameter measured with a caliper, and the quantity. If the thread standard is unclear, it is identified at this stage. The wrong part arriving fast costs the maintenance team more time than no part arriving at all.
2. Stock and alternatives check
If the part is in stock, a shipping plan is drawn up. If not, a standard alternative that will do the same job, or a solution that can be manufactured at short notice, is evaluated and communicated together with its lead time. For urgent orders with multiple line items, shipping the in-stock items first and scheduling the rest for production can also be considered.
3. Preparation and final check
Before shipping, quantity, product type and a final visual check are carried out. Threads and ports are closed with protective caps.
4. Packaging and shipping
Products are packed separately by product group and size and labeled by order group. The maintenance team on site can see from the package which part goes to which line.
For planned maintenance shutdowns
If the list of connections to be replaced is shared ahead of an annual overhaul, drydocking or planned shutdown, items not in stock are scheduled for production to match the shutdown date. That way, shutdown day is spent on installation, not on waiting for parts. Preparation goes faster if the list includes product type, thread standard and size, quantity and position in the line.
Why do protection and packaging matter?
The thread and sealing surface of a stainless steel fitting can be rendered unusable by a single knock during transport. Protective caps on threads and ports shield the part against both impact and the ingress of dirt and dust, and prevent contamination from being carried into the hydraulic system. Packing separately by size prevents similar-looking parts from getting mixed up in the field. We recommend leaving the caps in place until installation and removing them just before the part is fitted to the line.
Critical spares list
Keeping a small stock of spares at the plant for connections that fail frequently or cause shutdowns reduces the need for emergency supply. This list typically includes hose assemblies on moving lines, adapters that are frequently removed and refitted, and sealing elements. Once the list is prepared, the same parts can be quickly reordered by code on subsequent orders.
Lead time summary
- Stock items: ready to ship within an average of 1-3 business days
- Standard production: production schedule of 5-10 business days on average
- Made-up hose assembly (to size): an average of 5-15 business days
- Custom size and project work: an average of 10-20 business days after technical approval
Delivery time is planned according to stock availability, raw material diameter, quantity, thread standard, custom dimensions, and testing and surface finish requirements. When the technical details are fully confirmed, the schedule is set up faster and more reliably.
Applications by sector
Plants where a shutdown means a direct loss of production: press and mill roll hydraulics in rolling mills, corrugator and cutting lines in paper and board mills, maintenance and repair projects in shipyards, between-voyage maintenance on ships and offshore facilities, periodic maintenance of fire suppression systems, and planned shutdowns in chemical and food plants.
Benefits
- 1-3 business days from stockStandard products in stock are typically ready to ship within 1-3 business days.
- The right part firstIf the thread standard is unclear, it is identified before shipping.
- Alternative solutionsFor parts not in stock, a standard alternative or short-run manufacturing is evaluated.
- Protected deliveryThreads and ports are closed with protective caps; surfaces are not damaged in transit.
- No mix-upsPacked separately by product group and size, labeled by order group.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
If your question isn't here, message us on WhatsApp with a ready-made message and our technical team will answer directly.
Ask on WhatsAppHow do I find out whether a part is in stock?
Send the product code, or a photo of the part, its caliper measurement and the quantity, via WhatsApp or by phone. Stock availability and the shipping plan are communicated together with confirmation of the thread standard.
How long does it take to prepare a standard product that is not in stock?
Standard products not in stock are scheduled for production within an average of 5-10 business days. In urgent cases, an alternative from stock that will do the same job is also considered.
Can I order in advance for a planned maintenance shutdown?
Yes. If the list of connections to be replaced (product type, thread standard and size, quantity, position in the line) is shared in advance, items not in stock are scheduled for production to match the shutdown date.
How are the products packed?
Threads and ports are closed with protective caps; products are packed separately by product group and size and labeled by order group. Before shipping, quantity, product type and a final visual check are carried out.
I don't know the product code. What should I send?
Just send clear photos of the part from different angles, its outside diameter measured with a caliper, the pitch measured with a thread pitch gauge if available, the quantity and details of the equipment the part is fitted to. The thread standard is identified from this information.
