About GÜNEYSS: stainless hydraulic fittings made in Tuzla, Istanbul

Since 2020, GÜNEYSS has been manufacturing and supplying stainless steel hydraulic fittings and connection systems in Tuzla, Istanbul. It produces fittings, nipples, adapters, hose fittings, SAE flange systems, valves and check valves from AISI 316/316L stainless steel, and where a standard product falls short, it also machines custom parts to a technical drawing or sample.

What do we make?

Most of the connection points in a hydraulic or process line that need to be stainless steel are covered by our product range:

• Stainless steel fittings, nipples and adapters: straight, elbow and tee configurations; BSP, NPT, UNF/JIC and metric options; bulkhead fittings and weld nipples
• Hose fittings and ready-to-install hose assemblies: straight, 45° and 90° ends
• SAE flange systems: Code 61 and Code 62 flange blocks, clamps and mating flanges
• Ball valves, check valves and instrumentation fittings
• Stainless steel pipe, flanges and welded line components

With these products, we provide solutions for the stainless steel piping, high-pressure hoses, valves and hydraulic connections of a wide range of fields: from marine to oil and gas, defense and aviation, from chemical and food plants to rolling mills and mining operations, and from fire suppression systems to paper and board mills. For actuation needs such as control panels and steering systems, we assess manufacturability based on a technical drawing or sample. How do we work?

The reliability of a stainless steel fitting depends on getting the thread profile, sealing surface and installation dimensions right, all together. That's why we start not with a part number, but with where the fitting will be installed. Thread standard, pressure, fluid, temperature and installation orientation are clarified; for custom parts, critical dimensions are confirmed in writing before production.

From raw material selection to CNC machining, and from dimensional inspection to packaging, the entire process is managed with the same goal: the right connection, long service life and sustained supply. We offer fast supply from stock for standard products, planned production runs for standard items, and production support from technical drawings or samples for custom parts. Technical questions and quote requests are answered directly by our team, who know the field; a clear photo of the part sent via WhatsApp is often enough for an initial technical assessment.

Solving the Impossible

Our slogan describes a way of working more than a claim. A situation we often see in the field: the equipment is old, the part is no longer made, the thread standard is unknown, or two different standards meet on the same line. Redefining and producing such a part from its dimensions, a sample or a technical drawing is a routine part of our work.

From Tuzla, Istanbul

Our production and supply center is in Tuzla, Istanbul. Tuzla is a district with a dense concentration of shipyards, ship repair companies and marine equipment manufacturers; this proximity makes it easier to verify samples and dimensions quickly. For sample drop-off or a face-to-face technical meeting, we recommend getting in touch by phone or WhatsApp in advance; product shipping is planned at the order stage.
