How we work
Your sector page brings together products, services, application photos and frequently asked questions selected for that field's pressure, corrosion and maintenance conditions.
A sample, a technical drawing or a photo taken in the field is enough. We'll pin down the thread standard, line pressure and fluid together.
Once the thread, cone and critical dimensions are confirmed, the part is picked from stock or produced on CNC; it then passes dimensional, thread and sealing inspection and is labeled and shipped.
Services
From piping to hose assembly, from CNC machining to technical consulting, we provide every service needed to get the connection right, all from a single source.

FAQ
The most common questions about materials, lead times and size confirmation. If your question isn't answered here, contact the person in charge directly.
We use AISI 316 and 316L stainless steel in our products and machined parts: round bar, hex bar and tube stock. Because 316L is a low-carbon grade, it is the preferred choice for welded joints and salt-laden environments. At raw material receiving, surface, diameter and batch information is checked.
Marine (boat builders, shipyards, ship crane and steering systems, passerelle manufacturers), offshore and drilling, oil and gas, the defense industry, aviation, chemical processing, food and beverage, rolling mills, mining and mineral processing, fire suppression systems, and paper and board mills. For these sectors, we supply stainless steel fittings, hose assemblies, SAE flanges, valves, and pipe and flange connections; for special needs such as control panels and actuation components, we assess manufacturability based on a technical drawing or sample.
Stock items are ready to ship within 1-3 business days on average. Standard production takes 5-10 business days on average, made-to-measure hose assemblies 5-15 business days on average, and custom-size and project manufacturing 10-20 business days on average after technical approval. The firm lead time is stated in writing in the quote, based on quantity, raw material diameter, thread standard and testing requirements.
Yes. Where a standard product isn't the answer, we produce custom adapters, nipples, flange blocks and transition pieces based on a sample, a technical drawing or dimensional data. The thread standard, sealing type and critical dimensions are confirmed in writing before production; for series quantities, series production begins after first article approval.
Not for standard products; the product type, thread standard, size and quantity are enough. For custom parts, a dimensioned technical drawing is the fastest route. If you don't have a drawing, we can start with a sample or clear photos of the part taken next to a caliper; any missing dimensions are clarified during the technical assessment.
BSP, NPT, UNF/JIC and metric threads may look alike, but they differ in thread angle, pitch and sealing method; the outside diameter measured with a caliper alone is not enough. Photograph the threaded section of the part next to a caliper and send it to us, or send us the sample. We identify the standard with a thread pitch gauge and a sealing surface check, then recommend the right part.
Order quantity is assessed according to the product and the type of manufacturing, and is finalized at the quote stage. In custom manufacturing, machine setup (fixturing, tooling, programming) accounts for a significant share of the total work, so quantity directly affects unit price and lead time. Simply state the quantity you need in your request; the option that suits you will be provided in writing in the quote.
The fastest way is WhatsApp: just send a photo of the part along with the thread standard and size (if known), material, quantity and working pressure. You can also fill in the quote form on the site, call us or send an email. If any information is missing, our technical team will follow up to complete it.
Once production is complete, thread and port openings are sealed with protective caps, and products are packaged separately by size and order group. Before shipping, quantity, product type and a final visual check are verified. The shipping method and delivery address are agreed together at the order stage.
We're in Tuzla, Istanbul. For sample drop-off or a face-to-face technical meeting, we recommend getting in touch by phone or WhatsApp in advance; product shipping is planned at the order stage.
