Custom Hydraulic Manifold Block

Custom hydraulic manifold blocks combine multiple hydraulic lines in a single machined body. Port-to-port connections are made through passages drilled inside the body, so a compact design with few connection points replaces numerous tubes, tees and elbows. Ports can be machined to different standards such as BSPP, UNF O-ring, SAE flange or metric threads.

They are used in hydraulic power units, ship steering systems and deck machinery, rolling mill press and mill roll hydraulics, defense and aviation test benches, and control panels.

• Passage diameters, port sizes, port orientations and internal intersections must be clearly defined on the technical drawing.
• Body wall thicknesses are evaluated against the working pressure; drilled intersections are deburred.
• Bolt holes, wrench access and measurement ports for installation and maintenance should be planned at the design stage.

Production note: Critical dimensions are confirmed in writing, and production starts after first article approval. Custom block manufacturing is typically scheduled within 10-20 business days after technical approval.
